Food52 accepts returns on gifts (for Shop credit to the recipient, minus the cost of return shipping—or a refund to the original purchaser for the same amount) within 30 days of delivery.* To get your return label, simply click here to contact us and we’ll send you one right away.
Just keep these guidelines in mind:
- If you'd like to proceed with Shop credit, please let us know the email your Food52 account is under. If you don’t yet have an account, you can sign up for one by visiting Food52.com and clicking the blue "Sign Up" button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Gift cards, monogrammed pieces, custom furniture, cloth face masks, pantry, and perishable items (like wreaths) are not eligible for returns.
- If an item is damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it (and let our vendors know).
*We understand that, in light of COVID-19, making returns within 30 days may not be possible or advised.
