The Estimated Delivery Date for each item is listed in your order confirmation email as well as online, in your Order History.
As our Shop partners ship directly from their studios and fulfillment centers across the US, your order may arrive in several shipments. You'll receive a tracking number once each shipment is scanned in with the carrier.
Wondering when you'll receive a tracking notification? A good rule of thumb is to look at the Estimated Delivery Date on your Order Confirmation email or in your Order History, and to expect an email with tracking 3 - 5 days prior.
As soon as your order is en route, you'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details. Please keep in mind that due to high package volume with UPS and USPS, processing and delivery delays may occur—we’ll keep you updated as we try to move everything along as quickly as possible.
