If you placed an order with standard shipping while signed in to your Food52 account, you will have a 30 minute window in which your order can be canceled - just click View or Manage Order on the order confirmation page, or next to your order on your Order History page (https://food52.com/users/orders)
If you ordered as a guest, opted for express shipping or have missed the 30-minute window, be sure to contact us as soon as possible. This will help ensure that we're able to cancel the order for you, though we can't guarantee it.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed (meaning, it's with the warehouse and/or a shipping label has been created), we are no longer able to cancel the order. Occasionally this is the case even when the ship date is days away, since catching or pulling an order requires time and labor, and is dependent upon factors like the warehouse and studio staff's capacity. We're so sorry in advance for the inconvenience.
If you wind up in the latter position, you can still return the item for a refund. Just contact us as soon as you receive it (please let us know that you wanted to cancel but couldn't), and we'll set you up with a return label.
