Food52 accepts returns on products (for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping) within 30 days of delivery.* Just keep these guidelines in mind:
- Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- To get your return label, simply click here to contact us and we’ll send you one right away.
- If an item is damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it (and let our vendors know).
- Gift cards, monogrammed pieces, custom furniture, cloth face masks, pantry, and perishable items (like wreaths) are not eligible for returns.
- We are not able to accept returns on orders that are re-shipped by a freight forwarding service.
*We understand that, in light of COVID-19, making returns within 30 days may not be possible or advised.
