Food52 accepts returns for a refund, minus a $14.99 restocking fee, as long as items are sent back within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
To start a return:
- If you ordered while signed in to your Food52 account, head to your Orders & Returns page.
- If you ordered as a Guest, go to the Guest Order Lookup page.
- For gifts, contact us here for help with your return.
A few important guidelines:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Gift cards, monogrammed items, custom furniture, pantry products, and perishable items (such as wreaths) cannot be returned.
- If an item is damaged, click here to send us photos, and we'll resolve it quickly.
- Some items are not eligible for self-service returns. If you're having trouble, please reach out to us for assistance.
- We only accept returns for items shipped within the U.S. and do not support returns for orders forwarded by freight services.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
