Since we offer handpicked items from various artisans and bespoke studios, adjusting your order requires additional time and labor, which is usually beyond the warehouse or studio staff’s capacity.
You may still return the item for a Shop credit. Just contact us as soon as you receive it and we’ll get that set up for you.
