While we're happy to help if an item is damaged or lost in transit by one of our carriers, unfortunately we're unable to replace or refund items that are damaged or lost by a freight forwarder.
It may also be helpful to know that items delivered by a freight forwarder are subject to the same return policy as those delivered directly to you by one of our carriers. This means that they must be returned within 30 days of the carrier delivery date (not the freight forwarder delivery date). Please also keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
